Do not ask me to copy another artist's artstyle either. I am still working on drawing male characters so please keep this in mind as I choose applications▌Commission Requests: To request a commission, clients must submit an application where they provide detailed descriptions and reference images necessary.
I (the artist) reserve the right to reject any commission request for any reason. the right to sell an unpaid/refunded commissionI will send you a dm if your commission has been accepted or rejected within 3 business days.▌Listed prices are estimates and are subject to change (increase or decrease) depending on the complexity of the project, and commission, please keep this in mind▌I will go and inform the client of their final quote based on the application. The client may choose to decline the final quote and will be withdrawing the application.▌Payment: To secure their spot once the application has been accepted by both parties, (customer and artist) client must pay a 50% deposit. The client will be sent a Paypal invoice which must then be paid within 48hrs upon receipt. Once I am ready to begin your commission, the client must pay the other 50% of the full payment, I will charge a 20% cancellation fee of the deposit before refunding.▌Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the event I am unable to complete the commission for any reason. No refunds will be issued once work has begun on the commission.▌Copyright: I retain the copyright to all of my commissioned artwork. The client may use the artwork for personal use only unless prior arrangements have been made with me. The client may not use the artwork for commercial uses without expressed written permission and additional payment.
The client is strictly prohibited from using their commissioned artwork as NFTs or AI software under any circumstances.▌Commercial Use:
To use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes,
the client must pay an additional fee. The fee will be discussed in the final quote. NFT or AI is still strictly prohibited and not allowed under any circumstances. I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion, such as displaying it in my portfolio, streaming or sharing it on social media.▌Confidential: If the client wishes to keep the commissioned artwork confidential until they are ready to reveal it, they must inform the artist during their application.▌Credit: The client must credit the artist in any public display or use of the artwork.▌Note: If you break anything in the tos you will be blacklisted from my commissions.

Please ensure you have read my TOS before proceeding. Keep in mind that these prices are general estimates. The final price may vary due to factors such as the complexity of the artwork, the addition of extra elements or characters, or revisions requested by the client.I will inform the client of their final quote before the commencement of the commission. The client may choose to refuse the final/revised price and not proceed with the commission.No refunds or chargebacks.
If something happens and I am unable to continue
I will send you the money.
If partway through the process you request a chargeback you will not be given the art and will be blacklisted.TAT may vary it can go from 2 days - 5 months
